1.CSV file= Comma Seperated Values(Standardized Format)
2.Absolute and relative references(relative cell references means formula changes to where you copy and paste it)Changes the numbers relative from where you moved from eg.A1+B1|B1+C1.
Absolute means it will always refer to that cell even if you copy and paste the formula from somewhere else.
$=Absolute Cell References, /=Divide, *=Times
3.-Named Cells means to change names to make cells easier, is an automatic absolute reference.
-Named Range is an automatic relative reference, all class marks named ''marks''
-It makes reading formulas easier, if you are naming the information rather saying B1,D1 etc
4.Sun,Average,Maximum,Minimum,Integer,Rounding,Counting,IF,Lookup
5.(Filtering)Perfrom searches using AND,OR,NOT,LIKE,>,<,=,>=,<=
6.Perform searches using wildcards(broaden searches)
7.Sort data
8.Adjust row height,column width,cell sizes
9.Colour/shading Cells

Hardware:the physical components in a system
Software:disk utility software is used to change the system(control panel in system preferences) 3 types=
-set of commands
-operating system
-application
Components: input device (eg. keyboard,mouse) CPU, RAM(random access memory)-holds what's going on now/ ROM(read only memory(non-volatile), Secondary Storage(hardrive), Output(printer)

Interface: One thing talking to another, allows communication. Allowing you to talk to the machine.GUI(graphical user interface) GUI's are WIMPS(windows, icons, menus, pointers),Command line interface(when a geek types what he wants the computer to do)

Primary memory is closest to the CPU,which is RAM/ROM. Secondary storage is the hardware
